体验式培训在社区舒缓疗护护士上岗前的实践与效果 　　摘 要 目的：探讨社区舒缓疗护护士上岗前实施体验式培训的效果。方法：采用目的抽样方法选择40名社区舒缓疗护护士，运用情景模拟、案例分享、总结体会、实践应用等理论与临床实践相结合的体验式培训，并使用自行设计的社区护士舒缓疗护知识调查问卷、人际反应指针问卷（IRI-C）分别于培训前、后对护士进行测评。结果：护士的舒缓疗护知识总分高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P0.01），其中舒缓疗护概述、心理护理、灵性关怀知识得分高于培训前；人际反应总分培训前、后差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。其中，幻想力、身心忧急得分均高于培训前（P0.05）。结论：体验式培训是提高社区护士舒缓疗护知识与技能、共情能力的有效培训方法。 　　关键词 体验式培训 社区护士 舒缓疗护 　　中图分类号：R48 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）22-0010-04 　　Practice and effect of the experiential-based pre-post training about palliative treatment and care for the community nurses 　　LIU Yingyan1， MING Xing2， YANG Min1， ZHU Boqin1， JIANG Shenzhen1， LI Ning1， JIANG Changying3， MEI Jiuhong1（1.Yingbo Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District， Shanghai 200125， China； 2. Methods： With the purposive sampling method， 40 community palliative nurses were chosen and given the experience-based training combined with theory and clinical practice such as the application of scenario simulation， case sharing， summing up experience and practical application. The self designed questionnaire of community nurses’ knowledge about palliative care and the interpersonal reactivity index questionnaire were used to evaluate the effects of the training for nurses before and after the training， respectively. Results： The total score of hospice care knowledge of the nurses was higher after training than that before training（P0.01）， among which the scores of an overview of the palliative care knowledge， psychological care and spiritual care knowledge were higher after training than those before training.
