特殊护理干预用于静脉穿刺的作用分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析特殊护理干预用于静脉穿刺的作用。方法：选取2015年9月-2016年6月的献血者200例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组100例献血者给予特殊护理干预，对照组100例献血者行常规护理干预。对比两组献血者经不同护理干预后的静脉穿刺一次成功率、满意度、献血不良反应及疼痛发生情况。结果：观察组的静脉穿刺一次成功率（99.00%）、满意度（98.00%）、无痛率（60.00%）高于对照组的静脉穿刺一次成功率（93.00%）、满意度（91.00%）、无痛率（45.00%），观察组的静脉穿刺献血不良反应发生率（2.00%）低于对照组（6.00%），差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在静脉穿刺采集血液中，应用特殊护理干预能够显著提高一次穿刺成功率、献血者满意度以及降低献血不良反应发的发生，同时减轻穿刺疼痛。 　　【关键词】 特殊护理干预； 静脉穿刺； 成功 　　中图分类号 R472 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）27-0061-03 　　Effect Analysis of Special Nursing Intervention on the Intravenous Puncture/LUO Feng，XIE Jing.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（27）：61-63 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of special nursing intervention on the vein puncture.Method：200 cases of blood donors from September 2015 to June 2016 according to the random number table were divided into the control group and the observation group.100 cases of blood donors of the observation group were given special care intervention，and 100 cases of blood donors of the control group were given routine nursing intervention.After different nursing intervention，the achieving rate for only-one vein puncture，satisfaction，blood donation adverse reactions and pain of the two groups of blood donors were compared.Result：Achieving rate for only-one vein puncture（99.00%），satisfaction rate（98.00%），painless rate（60.00%） in the observation group was significantly higher than the vein puncture success rate（93.00%），satisfaction rate（91.00%），painless rate（45.00%） in the control group，the vein puncture blood donation adverse reaction rate（2.00%） of the observation group was significantly lower than the blood donation adverse reaction rate（6.00%） of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Special nursing intervention in the vein puncture can significantly improve achieving rate for only-one vein puncture and the satisfaction degree of blood donors，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，reducing the pain of
