环境内分泌干扰物4―乙烯基环己烯与女性卵巢早衰的相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 调查环境内分泌干扰物吸烟与杀虫剂中的4-乙烯基环己烯（VCH）与女性卵巢早衰的相关性。方法 2013年3月～2014年6月对东乡县9镇4乡进行随机分层抽样，调查3镇、2乡的农药厂、学校、私企、机关、乡村各1个，从11320例19～45岁的妇女中筛查出单纯吸烟32例与单纯接触杀虫剂的64例卵巢早衰患者（VCH组），检测患者外周血VCH残留量和性激素促卵泡激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）水平，与30例健康体检者（正常对照组）进行对照研究，分析VCH残留量与性激素的相关性。 结果 VCH组FSH、LH、E2水平与正常对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。VCH低残留量、中残留量、高残留量组患者FSH、LH、E2水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。FSH水平与VCH残留量呈正相关（r=66.33，P0.05）；LH、E2水平与VCH残留量呈负相关（r=-68.43，-73.00，P0.05）；P水平与VCH残留量无相关。 结论 环境内分泌干扰物吸烟与杀虫剂中的VCH是诱发女性卵巢早衰的因素之一。 　　[关键词] 卵巢早衰；环境内分泌干扰物；吸烟；杀虫剂；4-乙烯基环己烯 　　[中图分类号] R711.75 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（b）-0069-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation of 4-vinyl cyclohexene in environmental endocrine disruptors and women with premature ovarian failure. Methods One of each pesticide plants，schools，private companies，institutions，village were surveyed in random and stratifiedy at 3 towns and 2 townships in 9 towns and 4 townships of Dongxiang county from March 2013 to June 2014.32 cases of alone smoking and 64 cases of simple exposure to pesticides in patients with premature ovarian failure were screened from 11 320 cases in the age of 19-45 years old women（VCH group）.VCH residues and follicle stimulating hormone（FSH），luteinizing hormone（LH），estradiol（E2），progesterone（P） level in peripheral blood were detected compared with normal control group，and correlation of VCH residues and sex hormones were analysiszed. Results VCH group was compared with normal control group，the level of FSH，LH，E2 was significantly different respectively（P0.05）.The amount of sex hormones in patients with VCH low residual volume，medium remaining amount high residual group，the level of FSH，LH，E2 was statistically significant respectively（P0.05）.The correlated of VCH low residual volume，residual volume，high residual volume，smoking and FSH，LH，E2，P in patients with smoking and exposure to pesticides residue analysis showed that FSH was positively correlated（r=66.33，P0.05），LH，E2 was
