本地区健康人群尿沉渣参考范围的调查研究 　　[摘要]目的 研究并确定本地区使用IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测健康成人尿沉渣的参考范围。方法 选取2013年9月～2015年1月本院的2225份健康体检者的正常尿标本作为研究对象，采用HT-2000尿干化学分析仪和尿液离心镜检两种方法进行检测，采用IQ200尿沉渣分析仪检测白细胞、红细胞、透明管型。比较21～40、41～60、60岁3个年龄组及不同性别之间的差异。采用百分位数法确定3项指标的参考范围。结果 男性及女性不同年龄组的红细胞、白细胞、透明管型比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。各个年龄组男女性别之间的红细胞、白细胞比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。IQ200尿沉渣分析仪在95%可信区间的参考范围为：男性红细胞0～11个/μl，白细胞0～12个/μl；女性红细胞0～12个/μl，白细胞0～19个/μl；透明管型男女均为0～1个/μl。结论 本研究确立的尿沉渣参考范围真实可信，可以应用于实际工作中，能够为临床疾病的诊断、疗效观察提供可靠依据。 　　[关键词]IQ200尿沉渣分析仪；健康人群；红细胞；白细胞；透明管型；参考范围 　　[中图分类号] R446.12 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（c）-0158-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study and determine the reference range of urinary sediment of healthy adults in the region using IQ200 urine sediment analyzer.Methods The normal urine samples from 2225 healthy subjects in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects，the HT-2000 urine dry chemistry analyzer and urine microscopic examination of two kinds of centrifugal method were used，white blood cells，red blood cells，the transparent tube type was detected by IQ200 urine sediment analyzer.The difference between 3 age groups at 21-40，41-60，more than 60 years old and the differences between different genders were compared.Percentile method was used to determine the scope of the three indicators of the reference.Results There was no significant difference in the count of red blood cells，white blood cells，the transparent tube type of different age groups of the male and female （P0.05）.There was significant difference in the count of red blood cells，white blood cells among different age groups of the male and female （P0.05）.IQ200 urine sediment analyzer in the 95% confidence interval of the reference range was that the count of red blood cells and white blood cells in male was 0-11/μl，0-12/μl respectively；the count of red blood cells and white blood cells in female was 0-12/μl，0-19/μl respectively.The count of the transparent tube type in the male and female was 0-1/μl.Conc
