术前系统护理干预对甲状腺手术患者的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究围绕甲状腺患者开展术前系统护理干预的应用效果及影响，结合病案资料，判断找出最佳的术前护理干预办法及措施。方法 随机选取该院2013年4月―2014年10月收治入院的57例甲状腺手术患者，分为观察组30例，对照组27例，对照组行常规护理，观察组行术前系统护理干预，从治疗效果、患者对护理服务满意情况、患者生存质量评分等方面，分析术前系统护理干预的影响价值。结果 观察组全部治愈，护理满意度评分（48.12±1.06）分，生存质量评分（93.44±2.64）分，明显优于对照组，治愈17例，护理满意度评分（37.26±2.66）分，生存质量评分（86.16±3.41）分，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 术前系统护理干预措施可以改变患者术前、术中，以及术后的身心状态，可对围手术期患者产生深远的、全面的积极影响，其应用价值不可忽视。 　　[关键词] 术前系统护理干预；甲状腺手术；患者临床表现；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（a）-0165-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study conducted around the thyroid patient preoperative nursing intervention system application effect and influence， combined with medical record data， it is determined to find the best preoperative nursing interventions and measures. Methods Our hospital in April 2013 ― October 2014 admitted to hospital 57 cases of thyroid surgery were divided into 30 cases in the intervention group， 27 cases in the control group， control group routine nursing， the observation group of preoperative nursing intervention system， from the treatment， patient satisfaction with care， the quality of life of patients scores， etc.， affect the value of preoperative analysis system nursing interventions. Results The intervention group， all cured， care satisfaction scores （48.12 ± 1.06） points， quality of life score （93.44 ± 2.64） points， significantly better than the control group， 17 cases were cured， care satisfaction scores （37.26 ± 2.66） points， quality of life score （86.16 ± 3.41） points， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
