整形保乳术与常规保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌临床对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析整形保乳术与常规保乳术在治疗早期乳腺癌中的临床效果。方法 整群选取2014年8月―2015年11月期间该院妇科收治的早期乳腺癌患者130例，将所有患者随机分为两组，各65例。对照组采用常规保乳术治疗，观察组采用整形保乳术治疗，分析比较两组患者手术和住院情况、术后美容优良率、术后并发症。结果 观察组术中出血、住院时间、手术时间与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组美容优良率为98.46%、切口愈合不良及血肿发生率分别为4.62%、1.54%，均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 整形保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌美容效果好，手术安全性高，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 整形保乳术；常规保乳术；早期乳腺癌 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（c）-0072-03 　　Clinical Comparative Study on Plastic and Conventional Breast-Conserving Surgery in Treatment of Early Breast Cancer 　　WANG Jin-ling 　　Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University， Zhengzhou，Henan Province， 450000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of plastic and conventional breast-conserving surgery in treatment of early breast cancer. Methods Group selection 130 cases of patients with early breast cancer admitted into the gynecology of hospital from August 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into two groups， 65 cases in each. Control group was treated with conventional breast-conserving surgery and observation group was treated with plastic breast-conserving surgery. The surgery， hospitalization， the excellent rate of postoperative beauty and postoperative complications of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was significant difference in intraoperative bleeding and hospital stays between the two groups（P0.05）； The excellent beauty rate， the incidence of poor wound healing and hematoma were 98.46%， 4.62%， 1.5%， respectively， which were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）.
