眼动训练对MCI老人认知功能的影响   [摘要] 目的 探讨眼动训练对轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)老人认知功能的影响。 方法 2013年2月通过简易智力状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)从某社区筛选出MCI老人60名,随机抽样将其分为训练组和对照组,每组30名。训练组进行眼动训练,对照组按常规维持原有的生活习惯。6个月后,利用基本认知能力测验软件检测,评价两组在数字快速拷贝、汉字比较、心算、心算答案回忆、无意义图形再认、汉字旋转、双字词再认方面的干预效果。 结果 基本认知能力测验中,训练组干预后,数字快速拷贝、汉字比较、心算、心算答案回忆、无意义图形再认5个方面的成绩优于干预前(P0.05),且优于对照组干预后(P0.05)。 结论 眼动训练可以改善MCI老人早期认知加工过程,提高记忆力。   [关键词] 眼动训练;轻度认知功能障碍;认知功能;老人   [中图分类号] R473.74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721(2016)05(a)-0195-03   Influence of eye movement training on elderly with mild cognitive impairment   WANG Shan-shan1 CHANG Zhi2   1.Department of Nursing,Weifang Nursing Career Technical College,Shandong Province,Qingzhou 262500,China;2.Department of Facial Features,71281 Military Hospital,Shandong Province,Penglai 265600,China   [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect on cognitive ability among the elderly with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) by eye movement training. Methods 60 elderly people with MCI were selected in the community in Febuary 2013 by mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and index of independence in activity of daily life (ADL),and randomly divided them into training group and controlling group,each of which were 30 people.The training group began the training of eye movement and the controlling group continue the normal living habits.6 months later,the assessments of intervention effects on the digital copies,Chinese comparison,mental arithmetic,mental arithmetic answer memories,meaningless graphics recognition,Chinese rotation,words recognition were made between two groups as well as trained group pre-intervened and post-intervened using basic cognitive ability test software testing. Results From the test on the digital copies,Chinese comparison,mental arithmetic,mental arithmetic answer memories,meaningless graphics recognition,it showed that the training group with intervention was higher than that before it (P0.05),the result of the training group was higher than that in the controlling group (P0.05).
