碘伏湿敷联合外用重组人表皮生长因子喷剂治疗溃疡期压疮的临床疗效 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨碘伏湿敷联合外用重组人表皮生长因子喷剂治疗溃疡期压疮的疗效。方法：选取2012年1月-2014年12月本院收治的溃疡期压疮患者109例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组52例与观察组57例，对照组采用传统方法治疗，即用生理盐水清洁创面后，用凡士林纱布及敷料包扎。观察组采用碘伏湿敷联合外用重组人表皮生长因子喷剂治疗。观察两组压疮愈合情况。结果：对照组52例患者共出现61处压疮，治疗总有效率85.2%，观察组57例患者共出现67处压疮，治疗总有效率100%，观察组治疗效果优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：碘伏湿敷联合外用重组人表皮生长因子喷剂治疗压疮有效率高。 　　【关键词】 压疮； 碘伏湿敷； 重组人表皮生长因子； 护理 　　The Clinical Effects of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Combined with Iodophor Hydropathic Compress in the Treatment of Ulcer Stage Pressure Sores/LIU Gui-rong，YANG Kun，PANG Xiu-qing，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：105-108 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effects of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor combined with Iodophor hydropathic compress in the treatment of ulcer stage pressure sores.Method：109 cases of ulcer stage pressure sores patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into the control group of 52 cases and the observation group of 57 cases，the control group was treated with the traditional method，including wrapping with vaseline gauze and dressing after saline to clean the wound and the observation group used Iodophor wet dressing combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor spray treatment，the healing situation of pressure ulcers of the two groups were observed.Result：52 patients of the control group were with a total of 61 pressure ulcers，the total effective rate was 85.2%，57 patients in the observation group were with a total of 67 pressure ulcers，the total effective rate was 100%，thetreatment effective of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor combined with Iodophor hydropathic compress in the treatment of ulcer stage pressure sores has a good effect. 　　【Key words】 Pressure sore； Iodophor hydropathic compress； Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth F
