碧兰糊剂与登士柏的ah―plus糊剂在一次性根管术治疗急性牙髓炎中的应用价值比较 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨碧兰糊剂与登士柏的ah-plus糊剂在一次性根管术治疗急性牙髓炎中的应用价值差异。方法：选取本院口腔科门诊就诊急性牙髓炎患者234例，共258颗患牙，采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组，观察组（121例，130颗患牙）根管填充采用碧兰糊剂，对照组（113例，128颗患牙）根管填充采用登士柏的ah-plus糊剂，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组根管填充不良反应率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05），术后1年共复诊患牙241颗，复诊率为93.41%（241/258），其中观察组失访9颗，对照组失访8颗，观察组治疗有效率及满意率均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：碧兰糊剂在一次性根管术治疗急性牙髓炎中的应用价值显著优于登士柏的ah-plus糊剂，碧兰糊剂值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 碧兰糊剂； ah-plus糊剂； 一次性根管术； 急性牙髓炎 　　The Application Value Comparison of Cortisomol and Dentsply Ah-plus Paste in Disposable Root Canal Surgery in Treating Acute Pulpitis/ZHOU Yu-xiong.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（18）：117-119 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application value of Cortisomol and Dentsply ah-plus paste in disposable root canal surgery in treating acute pulpitis.Method：234 acute pulpitis patients（258 diseased teeth）in dental clinic of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups，the observation group （121 cases，130 diseased teeth） with root canal filling were given Primacaine paste，the control group （113 cases，128 diseased teeth） with root canal filled were given ah-plus paste of Dentsply.The effects were compared between the two groups.Result：The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.241 teeth were reexamined after 1 year，the reexamine rate was 93.41% （241/258），in the observation group 9 cases lost follow-up and in the control group 8 cases.Therapy efficiency rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：The application value of cortisomol in the disposable root canal surgery in treating acute pulpitis is more significant than Dentsply ah-plus paste，the former is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Cortisomol； Ah-plus paste； Root canal therapy； Acute pulpitis 　　First-author’s address：Tungwah Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University，Dongguan 523
