雾化吸入丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗儿童轻中度哮喘急性发作的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨雾化吸入丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗儿童轻中度哮喘急性发作的临床效果。 方法 选取2014年3月～2015年3月本院收治的76例轻中度哮喘急性发作患儿作为研究对象，随机分为研究组与对照组，各38例。研究组给予丙酸倍氯米松混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化液雾化吸入，对照组给予布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林雾化液雾化吸入。比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 两组治疗后不同时间段的临床症状、体征评分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组的症状完全缓解率以及症状、体征消失时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。两组治疗期间均未出现不良事件。 结论 雾化吸入丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗儿童轻中度哮喘急性发作有着与雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液相当的效果，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 哮喘；雾化吸入；丙酸倍氯米松混悬液；布地奈德 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0119-03 　　Clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of beclomethasone suspension in the treatment of acute attack of mild to moderate asthma in children 　　LI Xiu-feng 　　Department of Pediatrics，the 202nd Hospital of PLA，Shenyang 110182，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of beclomethasone suspension in the treatment of acute attack of mild to moderate asthma in children. Methods 76 children patients with acute attack of mild to moderate asthma in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group，38 cases in each group.The research group was given aerosol inhalation of beclomethasone suspension conbined with terbutaline sulphate solution for nebulization，the control group was given aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with terbutaline sulphate solution for nebulization.The curative effect was compared in the two groups. Results The score of clinical symptom and physical sign after treatment in the different time periods in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，with significant difference （P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the complete remission rate of symptom and disappearance time of symptom and sign between the two groups （P0.05）.No adverse event was detected in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of beclomethasone suspension in the treatment of acute attack of mild to moderate asthma in children has equal effect with aerosol inhalat
