3-羟基丁酸乙酯-2-丁烯酸乙酯- 乙醇 三元体系等压汽液平衡 1,2 1 1 1 王彦飞 ，马沛生，贾艳宗，孙 义 (1.天津大学化工学院，天津300072 ；2.天津市经济技术开发区博士后工作站，天津 300457) 摘 要：在汽液双循环玻璃平衡釜中测定3-羟基丁酸乙酯、2-丁烯酸乙酯、乙醇的二元及三元体系的等压汽液 平衡数据，用积分法对其进行了热力学一致性检验。回归实验数据得到 3-羟基丁酸乙酯和 2-丁烯酸乙酯的 Antoine 方程参数。用Wilson 活度系数方程对实验数据进行了关联，取得了较好的结果。 关键词：聚3-羟基丁酸酯；3-羟基丁酸乙酯；2-丁烯酸乙酯；汽液相平衡；活度系数；乙醇 Isobaric Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium for Ethyl 3-Hydroxybutyrate-ethyl Crotonate-Ethanol System at 101.325KPa 1,2 1 1 1 WANG Yan-fei , MA Pei-sheng , JIA Yan-zong , SUN Yi (1 School of Chemical Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China, 2 Post –Doctoral Station of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area, Tianjin 300457,china) Abstract: The isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium data of ethyl 3-hydroxybutyrate- ethyl crotonate- ethanol system and of the three binary systems were determined at 101.3kPa by using a vapor liquid-recycled equilibrium still. Integral method was used to examine the thermodynamic consistency. The constants of Antoine equation for the vapor pressure of the ethyl 3-hydroxybutyrate and ethyl crotonate were correlated by the data from our examination. The activity coefficient of the liquid phase was correlated by the Wilson equation and the model parameters of Wilson equation were correlated by the least square method. The VLE data of ternary system were predicted by the Wilson equation. The calculated boiling points showed good agreement with the experimental data.
