It is a high-tech enterprise who is committed to provide monitoring instrument .Now the practice has come to an end. In this working process, I understood the specific business knowledge about our company’s administrative work and expand my professional knowledge studied at school, which laid a solid foundation for my future career. In this internship process, I worked from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with one hour for lunch and break, and I work for it one month. I remember that When I first got into the office, I was shocked by the nervous and orderly atmosphere. I was doubt that whether I can do it well. But the colleagues are very kind to me. They taught me the history and the philosophy of the company. As the firm is an information system corporation, you must know the instruments and the processing steps. I even made a list of those words. A lot of knowledge learned in school can be used in work, especially oral English, foreign trade correspondence, office software and international trade practice. Email is the most common form of communication with customers and also your colleagues. Therefore, we can use the knowledge about English correspondence for foreign trade we have learned in school and also the translation to convey the demands to our colleagues. I have heard a popular saying of Mencius, When God is going to give someone important tasks, he must suffer a lot, be exhausted, hungry and empty, and God will disturb him and help him to be brillia
