In this session we will talk about what’s coming in Oracle Procurement Cloud for reporting with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for Supplier Qualification Management. Notes Slide 4 - Agenda Slide notes For the enhancements covered in this training, we’ll give an overview, followed by more detail to explain how you can use them, and what business value they bring. Next, we will show a demo of the features. Finally, we’ll explain what you need to consider before enabling these features in your business, and what you need to know to set them up. Notes Slide 5 - Enhancements Overview Slide notes In Supplier Qualification Management’s Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, or OTBI, there are two subject areas and seven seeded reports. You can do your own ad-hoc reporting and analysis on qualification data or utilize one of the reports available. The Qualifications and Assessments subject area contains real time data on qualifications and assessments as well as data for the overall qualification process itself, captured through the initiatives. Using the Question Responses subject area you can perform real time analysis on responses in the question repository. To illustrate the different type of analysis that you can do we have also included some seeded reports. Notes Slide 6 - Qualifications Slide notes The qualifications content enables reporting on the qualifications performed and the responses associated with the qualifications. It includes qualifications created through the initiatives and those created outside of initiatives. The available measures include the number of active and expired qualifications, the number of qualifications within the expiration reminder period, and the evaluation cycle time.
