Policy Suggestions 20  Survey on the Impacts of Counterfeits on National Economy (Abstract) Delivery and Feedback of Questionnaires In this survey, 2,000 questionnaires were delivered to enterprises, of which 213 responded to the questionnaire, for a total response rate of 10.65%. Among those that responded, provincial well-known trademarks and national famous trademarks had the highest response rate of 41.6% and 37.4% respectively, followed by international famous brands (14.7%) and national well-known brands (12.1%). Ordinary registered trademarks accounted for 2.1 % of the total responses. Among all enterprises surveyed, state-owned, state-shareholding and foreign-invested enterprises (hereinafter “enterprises surveyed”), were the most responsive comprising 37.2%, 33.8% and 16.4%, respectively, of the total. The number of private-owned enterprises, collective and township enterprises who responded to the questionnaire was less, with percentages at 7.2%, 3.9% and 1.4% respectively.
