透水混凝土强度性能研究

摘 要:透水混凝土是一种新型环保型混凝土,可用于轻型道路和生态护坡中,它具有改善城市土壤环境、缓解城市热岛效应、减轻排水系统负担、改善道路行驶破坏
首先,通过试验研究了透水混凝土的部分基本物理性能,测量了骨料粒径和试件厚度对透水混凝土性能的影响,
再次,采用损伤理论和最大拉应变破坏准则,对透水混凝土有限元模型破坏
最后,对透水混凝土的抗压和抗折进行了参数化模拟分析,研究了试件厚度、骨料粒径、骨料形状、加载方式和孔隙率等因素对透水混凝土抗压和抗折性能的影响。

ABSTRACT
is a kind of environmentally-friendly concrete with continuous porosity mixed with special technology. It possesses many advantages that improves city environment such as: improving soil environment for plant growth, easing the urban heat island effect, reducing the burden of drainage system, improving the environment for the pavement and reducing the traffic noise, and so on. Pervious concretehas increasingly and widely been applied, and the research also gradually goes in-depth. Throughmesoscopic simulation on pervious concrete, it is of important theoretical significance and engineering practical valueto reveal the pervious concrete failure process and mechanism, as well as to optimize the design of pervious concrete structure.
Firstly, experiments on the basic physical properties of pervious concrete were carried out to determinethe compressive strength, modulus of rupture and permeationcoefficientof specimenswith different aggregate sizes and specimen thicknesses, which provides basis for mesoscopic simulation analysis of pervious concrete.
Secondly, numerical simulations were carried out with meso-mechanics damage theory and the maximum tensile strain criterion, which simulated the compressive and flexural of pervious concrete. The decrease of elastic damage of pervious concrete is described by the conduplicate-line damage evolvement model based on elastic damage constitutive relation, and the degree of damage of concrete specimen is reflected by the degree of decreasing of elastic-modulus. The process and characteristics of pervious concrete crack propagation, coalescence and failure of perviousconcrete are researched.
