摘 要 PTT“形状记忆”织物是近三年发展起来的一种新型纺织面料,它是用PTT长丝织造的轻薄高紧密织物,除具有常规PTT织物的柔软手感以外,还具有常规织物不具备的“易塑形”性和折痕易复平性,前者使织物可以用手工折叠或者抓捏成所需的服装造型,后者使织物在穿着和储存过程中产生的折皱可以通过手平。从广义上讲,该类面料特性符合形状记忆材料的一般定义,即“具有某一原始形状,经过形变并固定后,在外界条件的刺激下能自动回复到初始形状的材料”。PTT“形状记忆”织物的感观特性又酷似形状记忆金属纤维的混纤面料,所以通常也被称作“形状记忆”织物。 PTT 织物的形状记忆效果受大分子材料性能的影响,同时也受其纺织结构的影响,织物经纬交织点越多、紧度越大,则其形状记忆效果 越明显。 PTT记忆织物、折皱回复性、记忆性、刚柔性 ABSTRACT PTT shape memory fabric is developed in the last three years a new type of textile fabric. it is PTT filament weaving thin woven fabric In addition to the conventional PTT fabrics soft touch, but also with conventional fabric does not haveeasy shaping and creases easily re-leveling, The former so that the fabric can be manually folded or Zhuanie required costumes, which make a crease through the hands touching the fabric in the process of wear and storage Broadly speaking, the type of fabric properties in line with the general definition of the shape memory material, namely, with a certain original shape after deformation and fixed, under the stimulus of external conditions can automatically reply to the initial shape of the material.PTT shapethe sensory characteristics of memory fabric resembles the shape memory metal fiber, mixed fiber fabric, it is usually called shape memory fabric. Two tissues fabric were designed in this paper .Moreover,their mechanics properties were tested in accordance with the national standard test requirements, including of permeability , gloss, abrasion resistance, rigid flexible and crease flexibility.
