PDCA循环对提高门诊手术室护理质量的效果分析 　　摘要：目的 探?运用PDCA循环对提高门诊手术室护理质量的效果。方法 按照国家卫生计生委三甲专科医院手术室管理要求及省级护理质量控制（以下简称质控）检查标准，拟定门诊手术室10项护理工作改进项，实行PDCA循环。结果 科室质控结果显示实施PDCA循环后门诊手术室的护理质量比实施前提高。手术患者身份识别标识不全、术前漏测患者体温、手术间术后整理不到位、健康指导不全、高危手术术后未访视、术后门诊病历遗留、手术安全核查不全、急救物资管理不到位、无菌物品的放置不规范、标本交接漏签名的情况比实施前减少；护理部质控显示实施PDCA循环后患者标识与沟通、手术室管理、急救车管理、标本管理、安全管理、患者满意度评分比实施前有所提高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 应用PDCA循环对提高门诊手术室护理质量质控有促进作用。 　　关键词：PDCA循环；门诊手术室；护理质量；分析 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of using PDCA cycle to improve the quality of nursing in outpatient operation room.Methods In accordance with the requirements of the national health and Family Planning Commission， the operation room management requirements and the provincial nursing quality control （hereinafter referred to as quality control） inspection standards， to develop outpatient operation room 10 nursing work improvement items， the implementation of PDCA cycle.Results Departments of quality control results show that after the implementation of the PDCA cycle quality of nursing in the outpatient operating room than before the implementation of improved. Surgery patient identification mark， preoperative missed measure body temperature of patients， surgical operation after finishing is not in place， health guidance， after high-risk surgery no visit， postoperative left outpatient medical records， surgical safety verification， emergency materials management is not in place， sterile placement is not standardized， the specimen handover leakage signature less than before the implementation； Department of nursing quality control display after the implementation of the PDCA cycle patient identification and communication， management of the operating room， emergency vehicle management， sample management， safety management， patient satisfaction scores than before the implementation has provided High， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
