· 1522 · 现代预防医学2007年第34卷第8期 Modem Preventive Medicine．20o7．Vo1．34，NO．8 文章编号：1003—8507(2007)08—1522—03 中图分类号：R587．1 文献标识码：A 【健康与社会行为】 浙江省乡镇居民糖尿病知识调查及健康教育指导 楼建秀 摘要： [目的]了解浙江省乡镇居民的糖尿病知识水平，为普及健康教育提供依所。 [方法]随机调查500名 当地居民，询问6个有关糖尿病知识的问题，包括典型症状、病因、基础治疗、并发症等。 (结果]第1、5、6个问 题的回答正确率较高，45,6％，第2~4个问趣的回答正确率较低，27．2％；调查时已被诊断为糖尿病者或家人中患 有该病的回答正确率较高。同时调查也显示知晓率随文化水平的提高而相应提高。 (结论]该地区居民的糖尿病知识， 尤其对病因方面知识相当贫乏，在乡镇居民中糖尿病知识普及非常需要，建议在当地开展广泛的、长期有效的糖尿病健 康知识教育。 关键词：糖尿病；知识；调查；健康教育 Ⅱ Ⅶ STIGATIoN oN KNoWLEDGE oF D ETES IN RURAL RESⅡ)ENTS AND INSTRUC． TIoN oF HEALTHY EDUCATION LOU nn— (Wu Yun Shan Sanatorium of Hangzhou。 Hangzhou 310008，China) Abstract： [Objective]To understand the knowledge level of diabetes in rural residents．[Methods]500 local rural residents were randomly investigated 6 diabetes related questions，such as typical symptom，pathogeny，basic therapy，coin— plication and s0 on．[Results]The rates of right answers for the questions of number 1，5，6 were high and more than 45．6％；The rates of right answers for the questions of Bumber 2，3，4 were low and less tIlan 27．2％．The rates of right answers were higher for the person who had been diabetes patient or one of his relatives had diabetes．Meanwhile，the investigationalso indicated that along with the higher level of education the answerer accepted，the awareness rate of diabetes became higher． [Conclusions]The knowledge of diabetes known by the local residents，especially the knowledge of pathogeny，are very poor． So it is very important to disseminate the knowledge of diabetes in the rural residents．It is suggested that carrying out the dia— betes health education in the local areas widely，chronically and effectively． Key words：Diabetes；Knowledge；Investigation；Healthy education 近年来。随着人民生活水平的提高、环境因素和生活方式
