项目施工阶段成本影响因素分析研究 摘 要：项目施工阶段的工程成本受到的影响来自很多因素，对这些影响因素的分析研究能够明确项目的管理范围和重心，实现有的放矢地进行成本控制。本文通过查阅相关文献，对学术研究中这些影响因素的获得方法、分类依据、分析方法和功能应用等进行了研究总结，发现施工成本的最重要因素具有不确定性，并试图建立动态结构模型以便针对具体项目实现精细化的成本管理。 关键词：施工成本，影响因素，分析方法 Abstract: Project cost in the implementation phase is affected by many factors, the analysis of the factors can make the scope and focus clear, which can improve project management and achieve targeted cost control.
