急诊危重患者转运护理进展分析 　　摘要：急诊护理属于急诊医学中的主要组成部分，属于一门最短时间、最少数据、最佳技能挽救患者生命，缓解患者痛苦的专业技术，急诊护理能够直接反应医院的综合服务水平以及技术水平。急诊患者中大部分属于危重患者，此类患者的发病比较突然，病情十分凶险，病情变化速度快，随时会危及到患者的生命安全，因此需要分秒必争为患者实施抢救工作。根据相关研究显示，当患者受伤之后的60 min属于决定其生死的关键时刻，作为危重抢救阶段被称为抢救黄金时间，医护工作者需要给予患者快速并且有效的急救措施，在最短时间之内送到患者的身边，为其开展基础生命支持以及抢救处理，维持患者的生命，在救护车上不断为患者实施急救护理工作，使其出现并发症几率降低，从而改善患者的预后。 　　关键词：急诊；危重患者；转运护理 　　Analysis on the Progress of Nursing in Emergency Patients 　　CHEN Ru-yi 　　（Emergency Department，The Thirteenth Peoples Hospital of Chongqing，Chongqing 400061，China） 　　Abstract：Emergency nursing is the main part in emergency medicine， belongs to a shortest time， the least amount of data， the best skills to save the lives of patients， alleviate the suffering of patients in the emergency nursing professional technology， can the comprehensive service level and technical level of the direct reaction of the hospital. The emergency patients mostly in critically ill patients， the incidence of such patients suddenly， the condition is very dangerous， the condition changes quickly， will endanger the patients life at any time， so the need for the implementation of the rescue work with count every minute and second. According to the relevant research shows that when patients were injured after 60 minutes to decide the critical moment of life and death， as a critical rescue phase called rescue prime time， health care workers need to be given to patients with rapid and effective emergency measures to patients around within the shortest time， to carry out basic life support and emergency treatment， maintain patients life in the ambulance for patients with emergency care， which reduces the chance of complications， so as to improve the prognosis of patients. 　　Key words：Emergency department； Critically ill patients；Transfer nursing 　　急诊科室属于临床抢救危重患者的主要场所，患者大部分因为手术、检查、转科以及治疗需要接受院内转运，但是在转运期间非常容易产生不良事件和并发症的出现，其中包括中枢神经系统功能改变、拔管、循环以及呼吸系统改变等，严重者会产生心跳骤停以及窒息现象，特别容易出现血压改变和缺氧，因为转运期间医护人员比较少，设备不完善，因此当患者产生意外时无法获得充分的救护，不但对于患者的诊疗造成影响，还会提高患
