生产安全现状评价
焦作市海华纺织股份有限公司总厂车间生产安全现状评价
摘要：随着经济的发展，市场经济逐渐完善，竞争日益激烈，促使企业向规模化发展，工业企业是国民经济的基础，确保企业的安全生产意义重大。“安全评价”是杜绝、减少事故发生的有效手段，“安全评价”以全局的观点，辨识潜在危险、寻求有效的防灾途径，以降低灾害带来的损失。
本文选择一家大型的棉纺厂——焦作市海华股份有限公司作为研究对象，通过对企业全面的调查，掌握生产中存在的安全隐患，运用系统安全评价方法，构成一个简单的评价方法体系利用检查表分析导致事故发生的因素，而后有针对性的做出决策，预防和减少事故的发生，本选题和研究对于指导进行危险源评价和安全环境的建设具有重要的意义。

Abstract:With the development of economic,the market economy has improved.Competition is becoming increasingly fierce.?Enterprises were prompted to large-scale, and these industrial enterprises are the pillars of the national economy.?It has a great significance to ensure the safe production of these enterprises.?Safety evaluation is an effective method to eliminate and cut down accident, which focus on overall situation and identifies potential hazards, seeking effective ways to reduce the losses caused by disasters.
?In?this?dissertation we choose?a?large-scale cotton mill which named?JiaoZuo?HaiHua CO. Ltd.?With a general survey about enterprises, understanding the hazards and implementation systemic safety evaluation , then found a simple safety evaluation system to do the safety evaluation.?Using?the?advanced risk analysis,?working condition risk analysis,safety checklist and fault tree analysis to find out the?root factors.?Then make an decision to prevent and cut down disasters.?This dissertation has an important?significance?for cotton mill to do the?assessment?of risk source?and safety environment?foundation.
