江西师范大学科学技术学院 本科毕业论文 工资管理系统的设计与实现 Design and Implementation of payroll system  摘　　要 随着计算机技术的飞速发展和计算机在企业管理中应用的普及，利用计算机实现教工人事工资管理的管理势在必行。企业的工资管理是公司管理的一个重要内容。随着企业人员数量增加，企业的工资管理工作也变得越来越复杂。企业工资管理系统使用电脑安全保存、快速计算、全面统计，实现工资管理的系统化、规范化、自动化。企业工资管理系统是典型的信息管理系统（MIS），前台程序开发工具采用微软的VB6，后台数据库采用Access数据库。本系统要对企业工资管理的日常的工资发放进行数据输入，并对各项工资条款进行计算。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成了工资管理的全过程。关键词：工资管理信息管理数据查询数据库  Along with the computer technology rapid development and the computer in the business management the application popularization, realizes the teachers and administration staff human affairs wages management management using the computer imperative. Payroll Management is an important content of company management. With the increase of the number of personnel, enterprise’s payroll management is also becoming more and more complicated. Enterprise Payroll management system is equipped into computers to enhance the qualities of secure storage, fast calculation, and comprehensive statistics, and also realize the systematization, standardization and automation of payroll management. Enterprise payroll management system belongs to the typical information management system (MIS), of which foreground program exerting Microsoft VB6 development tools, and of which backend database using Access database. The overall system from conformed to the operation easily, the contact surface friendly, nimble, practical, the safe request embarks, has completed the wages management entire process.
