内蒙古科技大学 专科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：神东补连塔矿综采工作面设备选型 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业：矿山机电 班 级：12级2班 指导教师： 摘 要 本设计主要研究了综采工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机以及乳化液泵站的选型设计。综合机械化采煤是指完成落煤、装煤、运煤以及顶板支护等一系列机械化的总称。本设计中所研究的煤层为采高5.5米的厚煤层，是较不常见的，所以选型较为不易，采煤机型号的选择主要根据煤层硬度、厚度、倾角等因素来选取，选型后还要计算采煤机的主要参数，采高、截深、生产力、牵引速度、牵引力、截割速度、装机功率。本设计中选用了MG900/2210—GWD采煤机，本采煤机在我国使用较为普遍。在运输方面本设计选用了跟MG900/2210—GWD配套的SGZ1000/2×1000型输送机，并对输送机的输送能力以及刮板链的强度进行了验算。在顶板支护中根据顶板的稳定性选用了支撑掩护式支架，架型需要根据采高、工作阻力等来确定，本设计中选用了ZY18000/32/70D型，也是使用较为普遍的一种架型，还对支护强度进行了验算，确定了中作面所需支架的总数量。本设计还对乳化液泵站进行了具体的设计计算，根据所选液压支架的主要技术参数计算了泵站的压力，并对乳化液泵进行了选型。最后本设计还对整体进行了配套验算，并做出了三机配套图。 关键词： 综采 工作面 选型 Abstract This design mainly studied the synthesis to pick the working surface coal mining machine, the hydraulic support, the scraper conveyer conveyer as well as the emulsion pumping station shaping design. synthesis mechanization mining coal is refers to completes falls the coal, the coaling, to transport the coal as well as the roof supports and protections and so on a series of mechanized general name. In this design studies the coal bed to pick the height 2.9 meter thick seams, is more common, therefore the shaping is easier, the coal mining machine models choice mainly according to factors and so on coal bed degree of hardness, thickness, inclination angle selects, after the shaping, must calculate coal mining machines main parameter, picks, the truncation depth, the productive forces, the pulling speed, the force of traction, the cutting speed, the installed power high. In this design has selected the MG900/2210-WDG coal mining machine, this coal mining machine uses in our country is more common. In transportation aspect this design has selected with MG900/2210-WDG necessary pair of chain scraper conveyer SGZ1000/2?000, and has carried on the checking calculation to conveyers delivery capacity as well as the scraper chains intensity.
