毕业论文 论文题目：水泥稳定碎石基层施工技术 摘 要 水泥稳定粒料以其良好的力学性能和稳定性及抗冻性等优点，被广泛用于修建等级较高的公路、城市道路路面的基层或底基层。 水泥稳定粒料基层中的粒料通常采用碎石故称之为水泥稳定碎石基层简称水稳层。它是采用水泥固结级配碎石，通过压实，养护完成。 水泥稳定碎石层是以级配碎石作骨料，采用一定数量的胶凝材料和足够的的灰浆体积填充骨料的空隙，按嵌剂原理摊铺压实。其压实度接近于密实度，强度主要靠碎石间的嵌剂锁结原理，同时有足够的灰浆体积来填充骨料的空隙。它的初期强度高，并且强度随龄期而增加很快结成板体，因而具有较高的强度，抗渗度和抗冻性较好。 水稳层材料主要由粒料和灰浆体积组成。粒料为级配碎石，灰浆体积包括水和胶凝材料，胶凝材料由水泥和混合料组成。 水稳层的形成主要经历混合料的拌合、混合料的运输、混合料的摊铺、混合料的压实、混合料的养生，最终形成水泥稳定粒料基层。 关键词：水稳层、搅拌、运输、摊铺、压实、养生 Abstract The cement stabilized aggregate with its advantages of good mechanical properties and stability and frost resistance, is widely used in city road pavement base or subbase construction, high grade highway. Aggregate cement stabilized granular base is usually used in gravel called cement stabilized macadam base as the water layer. It is the use of cement consolidation graded crushed stone, through compaction, conservation completed. Cement stabilized gravel layer is gravel aggregate, by a certain number of voids of cementitious materials and enough mortar volume filling aggregate, according to the principle of paving and compacting block agent. The degree of compaction is close to the density, strength mainly depends on the agent between the gravel block locking principle, at the same time there is enough to fill the void volume of mortar aggregate. Its initial strength is high, and the strength increases with the age of the rapid formation of the plate, which has high strength, impermeability and frost resistance is better. The water layer material is mainly composed of aggregate and mortar volume composition. Pellet is graded gravel, mortar volume including water and cementitious materials, cementitious materials composed of cement and asphalt mixture. The water layer is formed mainly through mixing, mix transportation, mixture paving, mixture compaction, mixture of health, and ultimately the formation of cement stabilized base.
