毕业论文（设计） 探路者户外运动企业冲锋衣面料供应商的评价与选择研究 院 系 ： 商学院 专 业： 物流管理 年级（班级）： 2012级（2）班 姓 名： 学 号: 20124212020 指导教师： 职 称： 副教授 完成日期： 2016年 1月10 日 摘 要 由于社会经济水平的提高，人民经济收入的剧增，人们的生活质量也为之提高。因此对供应链的要求也更上一个台阶，也就是想抢先占有市场，就要很快响应市场。对于作为供应链源头的供应商来说，选择正确的供应商对企业供应链的绩效起决定作用。故企业管理的研究重点是供应商的选择。本文通过分析探路者的采购模式，试图以探路者冲锋衣面胚材料供应商为例，构建了7个二级指标，34个三级指标，根据指标的重要性，各级指标的权重是运用层次分析法来确定，构建一个较为合理的供应商综合评价指标体系。然后通过对探路者四家冲锋衣面胚材料供应商的考核评价，最后得出评价总分最高的供应商是石狮经纬纺织有限公司，并模拟实际的供应商选择流程以验证该评价指标体系的实用性，以期为今后的研究提供借鉴。 关键词：供应商选择；探路者；评价指标；层次分析法 Abstract Due to the improvement of socio-economic level, the sharp increase in peoples quality of life of the people whom the economic income also increased.
