【摘要】 目的 为了更好地衡量手术室护士的护理工作强度，有效地提高护士的工作效率和手术配合质量。方法 设计一张手术室护士工作量化表（见表1），一方面根据手术种类、大小、难易度、时间等各种不同的分值，进行量化考核评分；另一方面，根据手术室环节质量考核，三基考核评分相结合。结果 2010年进行新的考核，提高了手术室护士的业务能力和综合素质。结论 新的考核方法，提高患者及手术医生对手术室护士工作的满意度，调动了工作的积极性，保障了护理的安全，提高了手术配合质量[1]。【关键词】 绩效考核 手术室 护士New achievements inspection method and regulation in operating room nurses application【Abstract】 Objective?
