As of 04 FEB 10 USAACE Reg 95-59Dated 23 NOV 09 Change 1 PURPOSE. To provide a list of equipment for specific flight training objectives and flight profiles, by aircraft category, in accordance with (IAW) established programs of instruction. AR 95-1 USAACE Reg 95-59 Fully mission capable (FMC) status is the goal for all aircraft assigned to the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) training fleet. All partial mission capable (PMC) aircraft will be tracked, by limiting condition, by Aviation Center Logistics Command (ACLC) personnel and reported daily to each battalion’s flight operations sections. For the purpose of determining the available fleet for flight issue, all FMC and PMC aircraft will be included, regardless of the MEE requirements assigned to specific flight training profiles and codes (appendix B). Available aircraft will meet FMC and PMC conditions as outlined in Army Regulation (AR) 700-138, Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability, 26 February 2004, and AR 95-1, Flight Regulations, 12 November 2008. Commanders and battalion flight operations officers are granted the authority to waive MEE requirements (appendix A) to ensure the maximum operational flexibility to safely execute training. This waiver authority does not allow deviation from the requirements outlined in AR 95-1 and Federal Aviation Regulations.
