I’m the general manager of Weifang Sunny Company You are the secretary of the general manager of Weifang Sunny Company I. Introduction to the topic Tony Green from ABC Company will pay a visit to our company from Thursday to Sunday. On Monday morning he will take a morning flight and return to America. As the general manager’s secretary, you are responsible to receive him during his three days in Weifang. This afternoon he will arrive with the flight at 3:30p.m. and you’re required to pick him up at the airport. Situation I. Introduction to the topic Task 1 Discussion What is needed to prepare before meeting guests at the airport? 1.Make a welcoming sign board with guest’s name and his company clearly printed or written. 2.Arrange vehicles to pick guests up. 3.Reserve a hotel near our company. Carry welcoming signs. Approach the person and ask if he /she is the expected one. When shaking hands, you can use a little strength, but not too tightly. Ask things about the flight.
