除非校董沒有真誠行事，否則不得就任何法團校董會作出或不作出的事情，而針對該校董提出民事法律程序 (第40BI條) No civil proceedings shall be brought against a manager of a school for anything done or omitted to be done by or on behalf of the IMC of the school unless he has not acted in good faith in relation to the thing or omission.
