QD650气垫带式输送机气室结构设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计是气垫带式输送机气室结构设计。首先对带式输送机做了简单的概述，对气室结构进行了一些了解，并对国内外的气室结构改进进行了了解；接着分析了带式输送机的选型原则及计算方法；然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计；接着对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行了校核。气垫带式输送机主要有八部份组成：风机，气室，传动装置，机尾和导回装置，中部机架，拉紧装置以及胶带。气垫带式带式输送机是一种适应能力比较强且应用广泛的输送机械，常用于输送块状和粒状的物料，也可用于输送成件物品。 目前，气垫带式输送机正朝着长距离，高速度，低摩擦的方向发展，近年来出现的气垫带式带输送机就是其中一个。在气垫带式输送机的设计与制造以及应用方面，目前我国与国外还有较大差距，国内在设计制造气垫带式带式输送机过程中存在着很多不足。 本次带式输送机的设计代表了设计的一般过程，对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。 关键词：气垫带式输送机，气室结构，选型 BELT CONVEYOR ABSTRACT The graduation project is about the plant with moving belt conveyor design. First, do a simple belt conveyor overview; then the principle of selection of the belt conveyor and method of calculation; then calculated based on these design criteria and selection method of parameters in accordance with the requirements of a given type design; went on to the selected conveyor was checking all major components. There are six main components of common belt conveyor components: transmission, tail and back into equipment, central frame, tensioning device, and tape. In the belt conveyor design and manufacture and application, the current compared with foreign advanced level in China is still a wide gap between the domestic process in the design and manufacture of belt conveyor there is much to be desired. ?
