无钉订书机设计 作者姓名：朱思源 学号：200906060120 指导老师：杨勇 摘要 社会的飞速发展，带来的是各种各样技术跳跃式的进步，这些都极大的改变了人们的生活水平和思想观念，人们对于生活品质和精神生活的追求有了更大的渴望和更高的要求，各种各样的产品出现，满足着人们不同的需求，他们的功能和外形也变得越来越精致，而其中作为文具产品中一员的订书机是我们大多数人必不可少的工具，是我们装订资料、文件的最好帮手。从市场上的订书机来看，现在的订书机种类繁多，有省力的订书机、有装订不同角度的订书机、有环保无针的订书机，但这些东西都有各种各样的缺陷，如环保无针的订书机这样一个产品既有思想上的亮点又环保节约，却有着对纸张破坏程度较大，只能装订少量纸张的缺陷。本设计的创新点在于，在保证订书机省力、美观、环保无针、良好装订效果的情况下，提高订书机的装订纸张厚度。论文从市场调查、现有产品分析、设计可行性分析、结构解析以及成本估算等方面对设计的产品进行了详细的阐述。 关键词：订书机 无针 低碳环保 胶水 The design of new type stapler Abstract: Is brought about by the rapid development of society, all kinds of technology advances by leaps and bounds, greatly changed peoples life level and concept, people for the quality of life and the pursuit of spiritual life had a greater desire and higher requirements, a variety of products to meet the needs of different people, their function and appearance became more and more delicate, of which as a member of stationery products of the stapler made the necessary tools for most of us, is our binding information, file the best helper.From the point of the stapler on the market, now the stapler sort is various, have energy stapler, stapler bound with different angles, with environmental protection without needle stitching machine, but all these things have various defects, such as environmental protection without needle stitching machine as a design of the bright spot is in line with the concept of environmental protection to save products, has a paper damage is bigger, can only be binding of a small amount of paper defects.Innovation point of this design is to, in guarantee stapler and effort, beautiful, environmental protection without needle, good binding effect, improve the stapler binding paper thickness.Papers from market research, analysis of existing products, design feasibility analysis, structure analysis and cost estimation for design products are in detail described.
