毕业设计(论文) 题 目: 物流人才招聘体系及发展战略 学 院 专业(层次) 年 级 班 级 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 摘要 物流行业作为当今一大热门行业,是承接各行业的一大关键锁链,对整个社会发展速度有着重要影响。而毋庸置疑,各行各业在发展中企业员工都起着关键性作用,对企业发展有着直接影响,物流行业当然也绝不例外,因此,物流行业的员工招聘问题也逐渐成为众所关注的问题之一。 本文首先介绍了物流人才的招聘体系,对如何招聘人才方面做了大致的概括,接着以共速达物流公司为研究对象,着重说明了当今物流公司的招聘现状以及招聘中存在的问题,如招聘人员专业性较差、缺乏专业知识、招聘的人员太年轻化、缺乏社会经验等。最后针对这些问题提出了相应的建议及措施,如健全物流人员的管理制度、强化物流职业培训和从业资格认证制度等,从而提高物流公司的整体水平,给公司带来更为丰厚的利润。 关键词:人员招聘;物流;招聘体系 Abstract The logistics industry as the a big hot industry,industry is the one of the key chains,on the whole social development has an important effect on the speed.And without a doubt,all walks of life in developing enterprise staff plays a key role,to the enterprise development will have a direct impact,the logistics industry of course no exception,therefore,the logistics industry personnel recruitment problem has gradually become one of the issues of concern. This paper first introduced the logistics talent recruitment system, on how to recruit talent to do a general summary,then Gongsuda logistics company as object of study,emphasize the logistics company recruitment situation and existing problems in recruitment, such as recruitment of professional staff is poor, lack of professional knowledge, recruitment of personnel too young, lack of social experience. Finally, in view of these problems and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and measures, as a sound logistics personnel management system, strengthening the logistics occupation training and qualification authentication system, in order to improve the overall level of logistics company, to bring more profits.
