洛阳市皇朝丽苑17#住宅楼招标控制价的编制 摘 要 本工程为洛阳市万丰房地产开发有限公司建设的皇朝丽苑经济适用房17#楼，该工程属于现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，筏板基础，地下一层，地上十一层，总建筑面积18271.26ｍ2。 本次毕业设计主要以洛阳市皇朝丽苑17#楼土建施工图预算、安装施工图预算为核心的工程招标控制价的编制。采用手算与软件相结合的方法，按照建设工程工程量清单计价规范的规定，计算出土建与安装工程工程量，把各个部分的工程量导入GBQ4.0进行自动套价，并参照工程造价管理部门发布的市场价对相关费用进行调整，最后汇总计算该工程的总造价，整理编制出招标控制价文件。本次毕业设计综合运用建筑工程估价理论知识与方法所编制的招标控制价文件符合设计任务书的相关要求，达到了接近工程实际的效果Luoyang Dynasty Li Yuan 17 # Residential Building And The PreparationOf Tender Control Price ABSTRACT The project for construction of luoyang wanfeng real estate development coLTD dynasty li yuan economy applicable room 17 # floor, the project belongs to the cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structure, raft foundation, the underground, the ground level 11, a total construction area of 18271.26 m squared.
