英文： A Design and Implementation of Chromatic TFT—LCD M odule Based on ARM9 Abstract：This paper presents the design and implementation of a chromatic TFT-LCD modulebased on ARM 9 processor． To resolve the real—time display，the image and character libraryis stored in the NAND Flash memoryand the memory capacity is 64 M bytes．Depending ondifferent requirements，the image and character library can be updated． The 24 bit colorimage of raw pixel can be displayed on the LCD directly．The image decoding for the JPEGformat is presented，SO the image of JPEG format can also be displayed．The module commu—nicates with control system using the serial port． Receiving different kind of instructions，image and character in the flash memory can be displayed respectively． The module was tested onthe TFT—LCD LQ080V3DG0I，and the result shows that the module works reliably．The module has been applied to the im age display system． ARM9；TFT—LCD；flash memory；JPEG decoder 0 Introduction TFT LCD because of its thin thickness and the picture quality is excellent, can realize the information of high speed, high brightness and high contrast display L1, has been widely used in image display system. In order to solve the application of image and other large capacity data in the TFT LCD on the screen, this paper proposes a color LCD display module based on ARM9 processor $3C2440X. The module can be achieved on the character
