In this paper, vanke group as the research object, and through the vanke group, 2010, 2011 and 2012 financial report of comprehensive analysis, the present situation of financial statement analysis and dupont financial analysis, objective evaluation the solvency of a company in 2012, operating ability, profit ability, growth ability, and on the basis of the management level of development in the past put forward the overall development trend of these indicators, on this basis, this article summarizes the vanke group currently some problems in the process of operation, find out the disadvantage of the financial statements, and puts forward some corresponding optimization countermeasures, in order to promote the sustainable, stable and healthy development of the company.
