After more than half a century of exploration and research, the technology has developed more mature, from the initial pure metal sculpture arts and crafts, such as, until now has been successfully applied to industrial production, it serves to show its applicability and suitability. At the same time, the Lost Foam Casting process is a very rigorous discipline, it involved in the scope of knowledge is very wide, such as: mechanical structure, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, etc., each link and the steps of process design have important impact on mould design and manufacture, is in Lost Foam Casting process design in mold manufacturing in the core position. In domestic epc industry, although the foundry enterprises pursue the goal and the partial focus is different, but with technology as the core idea, still is the soul of a business, it affects the mould manufacturing in the future . Lost foam casting process were introduced in this paper influence on mold design and manufacturing, and also analyzes the status quo of domestic epc mold manufacturing and industry blundering, through the analysis and interpretation of the following case, summed up in addition to the relationship between the process and casting moul
