浅谈绿色物流的发展 摘要 绿色物流是当今经济可持续发展的一个重要组成部分，它改变了一般物流的单向作用关系。“绿色物流”里的绿色，是一个特定的形象用语，它泛指保护地球生态环境的活动、行为、计划、思想和观念在物流及其管理活动中的体现。21世纪人类面临人口高速膨胀、环境严重恶化、资源严重短缺的三大危机，因此绿色物流将备受关注。作为一种新的物流模式，绿色物流符合可持续发展的要求和人类生存发展的利益，代表了未来物流发展的方向和趋势。 实施绿色物流具有紧迫性和必要性，但中国在快速发展绿色物流中还面临一些软、硬件的问题，如法制建设不健全，技术落后，人们的思想观念还没有向绿色物流方向转化等。面对这些问题政府、企业将对绿色物流采取一些行之有效的措施。 政府主要是对物流过程中产生环境问题的来源进行管理，制定相应的环境法规，对废气排放量及车种进行限制;发挥政府的指导作用，发展共同配送；政府统筹物流中心的建设;建设现代化的物流管理信息网络等。同时企业也要发挥他们的作用，对产品进行绿色包装，加强相互间的合作与管理以及废弃物物流的管理等。绿色物流作为“第三利润源”，是通过提高企业的社会价值和经济价值来实现的。树立绿色物流观念，坚持可持续发展的前进方向是我国发展绿色物流的重要前提之一。绿色物流首先表现为一种节约资源、保护环境的理念。因此，实施绿色物流是一项有利于社会经济可持续发展的战略措施。这些问题的全面认识和深刻理解，有助于找到好的解决办法，从而使中国的物流业尽快和国际接轨。 本文首先针对绿色物流的特点分析了绿色物流的起因及我国发展绿色物流的必要性。根据我国存在的问题找出解决这些问题的对策和方法，为企业可持续发展提供了明确指导方向，具有较强的实用性。 关键词 绿色物流;第三利润源;法制建设;可持续发展战略 Abstract Green Logistics is the sustainable economic development an important part of it has changed the role of the general logistics of a one-way relationship.
