摘 要 在钢铁厂的转炉、平炉、高炉等车间,烟气污染都十分严重,尤其是高炉出铁场,在出铁期间所散发的烟尘是钢铁厂对大气主要污染源之一。随着高炉强化冶炼和大型化,如果不采取有效的烟尘捕集及净化措施,那么,所带来的环境污染将会日益严重。为降低工人的劳动强度,保护工人身体的健康,以及随着环境保护排放标准的日益严格,迫切需要对高炉出铁场的烟尘进行治理。 本文出铁场烟尘治理  ABSTRACT In the steel plant converter, open hearth, blast furnace, such as workshops, smoke pollution are very serious, especially blast furnace in the iron emitted during soot is a steel plant on the atmospheric main sources of pollution. With the blast strengthen smelting and large, if you do not take effective dust trap and purification measures, then the environmental pollution will become increasingly serious. To reduce labor intensity, physical health protection of workers, as well as increasingly stringent environmental emission standards, the urgent need for blast furnace soot to govern. In this paper, casthouse dust control using programmable logic controller PLC and WINCC monitoring software designed dust control system; PLC according to the actual situation under control baghouse action, so that high-efficiency dust removal, through the configuration software, can the screen observing system status, the system for security control. Practice shows that the control system is simple, easy operation, dust, high efficiency, reliable operation.
