特医食品（培精卵素治疗探究 【摘要】目的：探讨不孕不育与营养的关系及培精卵素治疗。方法：对201年1月-201年月对北京、上海和广州等12城市医院不孕不育患者的临床资料进行搜集和分析，并将1570例患者随机分为2组，分别在对症治疗的基础上加用和维生素治疗，比较两组患者的精子质量、卵子质量、试管婴儿和人工授精成功率。结果：1570例患者中以原发性不孕症为主，所占比例为%，不孕症患者的年龄集中在31-35；肥胖者为454例，消瘦者125例，所占比例分别为28.9%和8.0%。男性体脂率大于20%为203例，女性体脂率大于25%为251例；经过治疗后，患者在精子质量、卵子质量、试管婴儿和人工授精成功率上显著高于维生素治疗组（P＜0.05），并具有统计学差异。结论：采用治疗后可有效提高患者率，值得临床参考。 【关键词】不孕不育；营养；培精卵素 An Exploration of the Role of Sperm Nourishing Essence Ovum Nourishing Essence in the Treatment of Infertility【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between infertility and nutrition and the therapeutic effect of Sperm Nourishing Essence/Ovum Nourishing Essence. Methods: Clinical data of infertility patients from January 2012 to March 2015, from 12 cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and so on , were collected and analyzed. 1570 patients were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of symptomatic treatment, patients were treated with Sperm Nourishing Essence/Ovum Nourishing Essence and vitamin, then comparing the two groups of patients with sperm and egg quality, success rate of test-tube baby and artificial insemination. Results: 1570 cases of primary infertility patients, accounting for 83.4%. Most of the infertility patients aged 31-35. Among all the cases, 454 cases were obesity and 125 cases were emaciation, the proportion of that were 28.9% and 8.0%, respectively. The rate of sperm quality, egg quality, test-tube baby and artificial insemination were significantly higher in the patients treated with Sperm Nourishing Essence/Ovum Nourishing Essence than that of patients treated with vitamin (P0.05), and had statistical significance. Conclusion: Both obesity and emaciation had influence on the fertility of people. The fertility rate of the patients can be effectively improved after the treatment of Sperm Nourishing Essence/Ovum Nourishing Essence.
