无氧阈在运动训练中的应用 摘 要：最大摄氧量和无氧阈反映了有氧能力的两个方面，其中无氧阈同耐力运动项目运动成绩的关系更密切。通过运动训练可以大幅度提高无氧阈值，这一观点已被世界各国生理学家承认，如何应用无氧阈来控制训练强度收到最佳效果，是目前运动训练的主要研究课题。研究结果表明：（1）用无氧阈来评价亚极限负荷时的有氧耐力比用最大摄氧量更准确，并且无氧阈速度对耐力成绩起决定作用；（2）最大摄氧量的利用率即无氧阈，可以通过训练来提高且可以用来运动选材（3）在确定运动员个体无氧阈值时，可以针对每个运动员的情况，来确定负荷强度进行监控，这样就可以迅速提高最大摄氧量利用率；（4）有心率来测定无氧阈值是一种简单、实用、方便的方法。 关键词：??无氧阈???最大摄氧量???有氧能力???耐力训练?
