摘 要 生物能源是指通过生物的活动，将生物质、水或其他无机物转化为沼气、氢气等可燃气体或乙醇、油脂类可燃液体为载体的能源。目前，生物制氢、乙醇发酵、生物柴油和沼气发酵是生物能源转化的重要途径。 本文选取中国生物能源产业发展作为研究对象。本文首先从经济学原理角度分析了世界的原因及影响因素，发现能源产品需求和价格的上升是生物能源发展的要原因。同时还运用了产业周期理论对生物能源产业的发展进行了分析，发现生能源产业处在产业育成期，要加强新技术的开发与应用和对产业本身的创新。其本文对我国生物能源产业进行详细分析，发现生物能源产业在我国已得到快速发展但也出现了危及我国粮食安全，产生新的环境危机等问题。并通过计量分析我国GDP和能源需求之间的关系，由此推断出我国生物能源产业前景广阔。在对我国生物能源产业进行分析的基础上，针对我国生物能源产业发展存在的问题提出了建设性的意见和建议。如着重发展非粮食原料的生物能源，制定生物能源产业发展的产业政策，加大对生物能源产业的扶持力度，大力加强薯类发酵生产燃料乙醇、丁醇等产品的技术攻关,发展中国特色的生物能源产业，建立生物质加工转化技术平台，加速纤维素利用领域的技术创新等策略。 关键词：生物能源 Development and utilization of biomass energy Abstract Bioenergy refers to the adoption of biological activities, raw materials, water or other inorganic substances into methane, hydrogen and other combustible gas or ethanol, and oil flammable liquids as the carrier of energy.
