业导师计划是面向华东理工大学商学院专业学位学员实施的职业发展指导实践项目。旨在通过聘请校外有丰富专业知识和实践经验的猎头或人力资源专业人士，担任在校学员的职业指导教师，为学员的个人职业生涯提供指导和帮助，就自身工作成果及成功经验提供学生交流分享，帮助学生培养职业意识，更深入了解职业环境，寻求最佳职业发展方向，全面提升学生的就业竞争力，并力所能及的通过自身人脉资源为学员推荐就业机会，促进学员的全面发展及成才。

areer Mentor Plan is a program of career development guidance intended for students
who seek professional degrees in School of Business, ECUST. The program is aimed at
inviting off-campus headhunters or human resource specialists with rich expertise and
practical experience to act as career mentors of mentees at school, providing mentees with
guidance and help for their careers, sharing their work achievements and successful experiences
with mentees, helping mentees cultivate their professional awareness, have a deeper
understanding of professional environment and find the best direction of professional development,
enhancing mentees’ competitiveness in the job market, recommending job opportunities to
