摘要 煤炭是我国的主要能源，但随着社会的发展，我国对煤炭资源的需求越来越大，我国的优质煤越来越少。本文就以低质煤（褐煤）为原料采用褐煤固体热载体快速热解 褐煤，煤热解，工艺，设计  ABSTRACT The coal is our countrys primary energy, but along with societys development, our country is more and more big to the coal resources demand, our countrys high quality coal are more and more few.This article on (lignite) as raw material uses the lignite solid heat-carrying agent fast thermal decomposition law take the inferior coal to carry on the thermal decomposition processing technological design to it.This technological design mainly includes following several aspects. (1) technological conditions and parameter.This article designs the lignite particle size for is smaller than 6mm, enters the reactor moisture content to be smaller than 5%, the temperature for 85℃, the hot semi-coke temperature for 800℃, raw material and the semi-coke mixture ratio is 1:3-1:5, in reactor reaction temperature for 520℃. (2) prepares the coal system.Prepares the coal system mainly is delivers raw material after breaker processing, directly delivers the particle size after the screening which the grinder crushes needs. (3) dry promotion system.This system mainly is except the coal in moisture content, achieves the response the request. (4) thermal decomposition mix system.This system is and sends in raw material and the high temperature semi-coke mix the process which the reactor responded. (5) haze dust removal and circulatory system.Because produces haze including flammable gas, therefore this system is responded produces the haze carries on the circulation comprehensive utilization. (6) coke and tar collection processing system.This system is carries on the product purification processing, obtains product which may sell directly.
