OvsyannikovON BIFURCATIONS OF THREE-DIMENSIONALDIFFEOMORPHISMS WITH AHOMOCLINIC TANGENCY TO A\NEUTRAL SADDLE FIXED POINTAbstract. Bifurcations of single-roundperiodic orbits of three-dimensi-onal dieomorphisms with a quadratic homoclinic tangency of manifoldsof a saddle xed point with the saddle value equal to 1 are studied.We consider Cr-smooth (r  5) three-dimensional dieomorphism f0having a xed saddle point O with multipliers 1; 2; where 0 2 1 1 . We assume that the following conditions are fullledA. 12 1,B. 1 = 1,C. W u(O) and W s(O) have a quadratic tangency at the points of ahomoclinic orbit 0,D. the extended unstable manifold of O and the strong stable foliationon W s(O) intersect transversely at the points of 0.Condition (B) means that the saddle point is of neutral type. Con-ditions (C) and (D) mean that the homoclinic tangency is simple (see[1]).Dieomorphisms satisfying (A){(D) and close to f0 compose a bifur-cation surface H of codimension two in the space of three-dimensionaldieomorphisms. For study of bifurcations we consider two-parameterfamilies f, where  = (1; 2), which are transverse to H.
