毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 基于价值流的徐工集团 生产流程分析与改善 系 别： 专 业： 工业工程 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 职 称： 讲 师 题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 年 月 日 摘 要 随着精益思想在我国制造业企业的不断深入，很多企业尝试在生产流程中实施精益生产方式。然而，在引进精益生产的过程中，很多企业由于实施程序错误或生搬硬套发达地区企业的生产模式，收效甚微，甚至适得其反，能成功转型的并不多。价值流理论为企业发展精益生产方式带来了契机，并将精益生产方式可实施化，是企业实施精益生产方式的有力工具。 本文首先对价值流的相关理论进行介绍，尤其是对价值流的应用即价值流图析技术进行了详细的介绍运用价值流图析技术对产品的生产流程进行改善。然后根据现场记录的生产数据，绘制价值流现状图，以具体全面地描述产品的生产流程现状。然后再针对顾客需求，运用精益生产理念和价值流理论，并结合IE的其他基本手法，分别对供应链进行七种浪费分析、装配生产流程分析，识别增值活动、不增值活动和必要不增值活动，再对分析出来的问题根据ECRS四大原则进行改善，运用价值流图析技术，建立流程改善后的价值流未来状态图，最后对改善前后的生产流程进行对比，进行效益评定。本文通过运用价值流理论对产品的供应链和生产流程进行改善，减少了不必要的非增值活动，达到了缩短产品周期、消除不必要的浪费，对企业的生产流程和成本都有一定得帮助。 关键词：价值流；价值流图析技术；5W1H；RCES原则 ；生产流程  Abstract With lean thinking in Chinese manufacturing enterprises continued to deepen，many enterprises are trying to implement lean production methods in the production process.However,many enterprises introduce the lean production in the wrong procedure or with noting change of the developed modes. They get few results, or even get the results on the contrary. Not many enterprises can success in making a transition. Value stream Theory bring a chance for enterprise developing lean production, and make lean production be implemented. It is a powerful tool the implementation of the Lean production in Enterprise. In this paper, the value stream map out the use of technology products to improve on the production process. First, according to records at the scene of the production data, mapping the value stream maps to specific comprehensive description of the status quo production processes.
