Internet of Things General Description The CW6301/CW6303 is a highly integrated, cost effective, high accuracy power management unit which is optimized the unique control sequencing and power requirements for the wearable device application processors and system. The device integrates power management system with four LDOs and high accuracy linear charger for Li-Ion battery with power path management function. This device features three low-dropout linear regulators with supply current 100mA/50mA/50mA, and one always-on linear regulator with 5mA output current for RTC usage, along with a complete battery charging solution. Device also embeds a charge management block for battery charging. The charge current can be programmed by the corresponding registers. The maximum charge current of CW6301 and CW6303 are 150mA and 300mA, respectively. External master can control the device and set the targeted parameters via the integrated I2C modules.
