本科毕业设计（论文） 新生代农民工情感与性问题中社工介入探析 ——以广州市某地区工地为例 学 院 文法学院 专 业 社会工作 年级班别 2006级（1）班 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2010年 6 月 摘 要 中国的农民工已经慢慢的更新换代，新生代农民工已逐步取代了老一代农民工，由于新生代农民工的成长经历与社会环境与老一代农民工完全不同，相对来说，他们的知识水平有所提高，对文化精神生活有更高的需求，而情感与性问题是继子女教育问题、工资问题、社会保障以及流动问题后的一个公众关注的热点。本文正是通过对新生代农民工情感与性需求调查，分析了农民工性问题所带来的影响，并尝试以社工的手法去分析介入的必要性和介入方法，最后提出一些列对策和建议。 关键词：新生代农民工 情感 性 社会工作 Abstract With the development of society , the peasant workers in China has been regenated , the old generation of peasant wokers have been taken place by the new ones , the new generation of peasant workers’ experience and social environment is very different from the old generations . Relatively , the new generations have educated more , and , they also have more needs of the civilizational psychological life at the same time . However , together with the peasant workers wages, their children’s education, the social security and the flowing problems, the peasant workers’ spiritual life, or the emotion world has become a hot spot of society. This paper has analyzed the efficient from peasant workers’ emotional and sexual problems and finally proposed some suggestions on their depression through the investigation of the new generation peasant workers’ needs of emotions and sexuality，and try to use social work’s professional skills to analyse the necessity and the ways to intervene.
