河北农业大学 本科毕业论文 题 目： 基于 jsp 的社区居民健康档案管理系统 摘要 随着信息技术的进步和医疗水平的提高，健康档案信息管理系统在医院中发挥越来越重要的作用。健康档案信息管理系统能够提高工作效率，增加经济效益，提高医疗服务水平，受到人们越来越多的重视。 本文通过对社区门诊部工作人员和其他相关人员进行需求调研的基础上,根据用户对数据安全，操作人性化，功能完善性等方面的需求，设计了社区居民健康档案管理系统的物理框架，技术框架，功能框架等，进而进行了数据库的相关设计，最终采用JSP编程语言完成整个系统的实现。 本系统通过居民健康档案管理模块，实现了对居民个人信息和个人体检信息的记录；通过疾病信息管理模块，实现了具体的针对不同人群的信息管理和记录；通过系统信息管理模块，实现了对该系统的设置操作；通过健康教育模块，实现了对一些健康教育活动的记录；通过个人健康档案模块，实现了对病人的有关住院记录的管理。 关键词：社区；医院；信息管理系统；JSP；系统开发 Abstract With the increase in information technology and medical standards, health records information management systems play an increasingly important role in the hospital.
