[ 摘 要 ] 永磁磁力耦合器作为一种新型永磁传动设备，在现代工业中具有良好的应用前景。本文在
Ansoft Maxwell 软件中建立不同类型的永磁磁力耦合器仿真模型，对永磁磁力耦合器进行三维
瞬态磁场有限元仿真分析。通过仿真分析得到永磁磁力耦合器的磁密分布和涡流密度分布，仿
真计算出转差、气隙间距、铜盘厚度以及永磁体厚度对永磁磁力耦合器传递转矩的影响，对永
磁磁力耦合器各部件的参数设计进行了优化。最后设计了永磁磁力耦合器特性试验平台，利用
试验平台对永磁磁力耦合器样机进???性能测试。通过转差试验和气隙试验，得到了和仿真模型
计算相一致的结果，验证了模型的正确性，说明仿真方法正确。

Optimization Design of Permanent Magnetic Coupling
Based on Simulation Anlysis

[ Abstract ] As a new type of permanent magnet transmission equipment, permanent magnetic coupling
(PMC) has a good application prospect in the modern industry.The simulation model of
different PMC is established and 3-D transient magnetic field finite element of the PMC is
analyzed by using the Ansoft Maxwell software. Through the simulation analysis, the
magnetic density distribution and the eddy current density distribution are derived. Meantime,
the slip, the air gap distance, copper plate thickness, shape of permanent magnets and
permanent magnet thickness on the influence of the eddy current loss and the transmission
torque are calculated. Design parameters about every part of PMC are optimized. Finally,
the testing platform about characteristics of the permanent magnetic coupling is designed.
PMC prototype performance is tested by using experimental platform. Through the slip test
