Subject of purchase: - Shredding equipment designed to obtain ARSELON milled fiber with the following target characteristics: - length of milled fiber: Pulp with cutting length – 0,3-0,5 mm (up to 2 tons per month); Pulp with cutting length – 0,5-1 mm (up to 5 tons per month); Pulp with cutting length – 1-2 mm (up to 5 tons per month); Pulp with cutting length – 2-3 mm (up to 2 tons per month); A set of wearing spare parts of equipment for 1 (one) year of operation. Maintenance tool kit. The equipment should account for the following parameters of utilities: Mains voltage: three-phase current 3х0,4 kV; Earthing system – TN-C; - Frequency: 50 Hz; - Voltage deviation, max.: ?10%; - Frequency deviation: ?2 Hz - Compressed air: 4 bar. Protection class for electric installation should be not less than IP 54. Electrical drives should be executed based on asynchronous motors.
